Return & Refund Policy

At Ziphoria Distribution, we take great pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure that every client receives goods that meet the highest standards. Each item undergoes a rigorous multi-step quality control process before leaving our facility. Nevertheless, we recognize that in rare cases, products may arrive damaged, defective, or not as expected. To handle such situations fairly, we have established a transparent Returns & Refunds Policy.

Notification & Claim: Clients must notify us of any issues within seven (7) days of receiving the goods. All claims must be accompanied by clear photographic or video evidence showing the nature of the defect or damage. This documentation enables us to investigate the matter promptly and fairly. Claims submitted after the seven-day window may not be eligible for return or refund.

Resolution Process: Once a claim is reviewed and verified, Ziphoria will offer one of two solutions: (a) dispatching a replacement shipment of the affected goods at no additional cost, or (b) issuing a refund as per the mutually agreed terms. Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days and are transferred using the original payment method, unless agreed otherwise.

Exclusions: Please note that customized or branded products, such as those with private labels, embroidery, or special prints, cannot be returned or refunded unless proven defective upon delivery. Additionally, products that are damaged due to mishandling, improper storage, or use after delivery are not eligible under this policy.

Client Responsibilities: We encourage clients to carefully inspect their orders immediately upon receipt. Proper handling, safe storage, and prompt communication with our team are essential for ensuring smooth resolution in case of issues.

At Ziphoria Distribution, our goal is not only to deliver quality products but also to build long-term trust. Even in rare cases of defective deliveries, we are committed to resolving matters quickly and fairly so that our partners feel supported and valued at every stage of our business relationship.
